At Krossover Gifts, we take pride in the quality and presentation of our promotional products. Your satisfaction is important to us. While most of our products are custom-made and brand-specific, we do offer a flexible return policy under certain conditions.

✅ Eligible Returns

• Non-branded items only – Products without any custom logos or branding.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and not damaged.
• Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-branded or personalized products (with logos, text, or any customization).
• Products that have been used, damaged, or tampered with after delivery.
• Returns requested after 7 days of delivery.

🔄 Exchange or Replacement

If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos and order details. We’ll assist with a replacement or suitable resolution.

2. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
3. Once approved, ship the item back to our designated return address.

📦 Return Shipping

Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defect). Please ensure safe and secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.
